3.6.1 Temperature

3.6.2 Operating: (with Kontron heat spreader plate assembly):

» Ambient temperature: 0 to 60°C with an active fan heat sink.

» Non-operating: -30 to +85°C

NOTE: The maximum operating temperature with the heat spreader plate installed is the maximum measurable

temperature on any spot on the heat spreader surface. You must maintain the temperature according to the

specification above.

3.6.3 Operating:

» Maximum operating temperature: 0-60°C

» Non operating: -30°C to +85°C
