2 Connecting the Hardware

2.1 Ports and Antennas

Refer to the figure below for locations of ports and where to attach the antennas:

Note: The MicroUSB port closest to the lower antenna is a USB host port. The other Micro-USB port can be

either a host or client port, depending on BIOS settings (and the configuration of the S3 switch inside the

Kontron/Intel® Atom™ based Reference Platform). These ports have static configurations and can provide 5Vdc

power. DO NOT PLUG USB OTG (On-The-Go) DEVICES INTO THESE MICROUSB PORTS.
